To ensure you have a great shopping experience with us, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange.
We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame.
Please note we do not offer refunds (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn/are not in the original condition/packaging with tags.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange:
- You must request your return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your name and order number inside the parcel for your return to be processed.
- Please send an email to email@example.com titled 'RETURN'
- Include your name, order number, the item/s you would like to return, and your reason for returning.
- If you are returning a faulty item, include images of the damage
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Customers are to cover the cost of return shipping.
- Please ship the item/s back to us within 7 days.
- We recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Store credits will be issued to the customer's email address, once we have received and inspected the returned item/s.
- The store credit can be used to purchase the correct size, or something else on our website.
- Store credits do not expire.
Damages and issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Any post-purchase damage is the customer's responsibility as all care instructions are stated in the product description or care label. A refund/return will not be granted.
