We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right. Dear Frankie will provide you with a store credit with no expiry date upon your items return.
We only offer refunds for any purchases if the items received are faulty. Please note: This does NOT include items with extended or loose threads that can be cut off using scissors.

No returns or exchanges on SWIM due to hygiene.
All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags.
Returns must be REQUESTED within 7 days of receiving your order. Your return must then be sent off within 5 days from the date your return is accepted.
Dear Frankie the Label reserves the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the items received are not in their original condition. Your item can be sent back to you at your own cost if we refuse to accept it.
