  • Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition (tags and packaging intact)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email hello@dearfrankiethelabel.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
  2. Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
  3. For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
  4. If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
  • We recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.

Store Credit

  • Issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Sent via email and can be used towards any item on our website.
  • No expiry date.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • Post-purchase damage is the customer’s responsibility, as care instructions are provided in the product description or care label.
