Returns
To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a store credit or exchange.
Please note: We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

- Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition (tags and packaging intact)
How to Request a Return
- Email hello@dearfrankiethelabel.com with "RETURN" in the subject line.
- Provide your name, order number, item(s) for return, and reason for returning.
- For faulty items, attach clear images of the damage.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide further instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be shipped within 7 days of return approval.
- We recommend using a tracked mail service, as we are not liable for lost parcels.
Store Credit
- Issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Sent via email and can be used towards any item on our website.
- No expiry date.
Damages & Issues
- Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Post-purchase damage is the customer’s responsibility, as care instructions are provided in the product description or care label.
